InterContinental Bordeaux – Le Grand was converted from the former Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux & Spa, this historic building has had a full refurbishment to create a more contemporary feel. The stylish decor emulates that of most of the InterContinental properties, marrying elegance with brilliant service however still keeping the traditional features of the building.

The hotel comprises of 130 bedrooms, 44 of them being suites. We believe this would be ideal for a residential conference or special award ceremony considering the stunning ballroom can accommodate 250 people.

Kings Cross – New development brings in the big names!

King's-CrossVinoteca – opening in February 2015 at One Pancras Square
The popular wine bar and eatery will open a 90-cover restaurant at the gateway to King’s Cross. Vinoteca is inspired by the wine bars of Spain and Italy. The restaurant focuses on high quality, characterful wines and simple, yet imaginative food.

D&D London – German Gymnasium – due to open late 2015.
Sitting in a prime spot between King’s Cross and St Pancras Stations, the German Gymnasium is a beautiful Grade II listed building. The ground floor will house a 150-cover brasserie and bar with outdoor terraces seating up to 70. The mezzanine will house a smaller restaurant and elegant dining room overlooking the brasserie below.

 

Jamie Oliver Group – opens Spring 2015
Plans are to lease space in the Fish & Coal Buildings and Wharf Road arches. The western end of the Fish & Coal Building will be a pub with a roof conservatory and outdoor roof terrace overlooking Regent’s Canal. The upper floors will become the “creative centre” for the Group, with offices and test kitchens, while the lower level arches will form part of a new restaurant.

The 29,000 sq ft food and wine shop and 3,000 sq ft cookery school will open late 2015. The store is being developed in the Grade II-listed Midland Goods Shed.

The 3-level Pavilion sits on the banks of Regent’s Canal. The outside terraces taking full advantage of the panoramic views over the canal and Granary Square with its famous fountains.

Kimchee – opening early 2015 at Two Pancras Square
The Holborn-based Korean restaurant is coming to Pancras Square. Koreans BBQ is the staple at Kimchee, with an open-plan kitchen serving delicious meat and fish dishes.


Regent Street Cinema, London – Opens April 2015

Caprice Holdings is expanding with the opening of The Ivy Market Grill in Covent Garden before Christmas. On the menu, expect to find versions of some of the more famous Ivy dishes.

Refurbishment

Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel Cape Town, South

Full refurbishment of the meeting rooms which, on completion (end 2014), will accommodate a maximum of 250 delegates theatre style. The hotel’s west atrium and lobby are also being refurbished. This is the next phase of a complete hotel overhaul following the refurbishment of suites last year. The pool area has also been under refurbishment.
