So here it is, a snapshot of this Extraordinary New Floating Landmark.

A beautiful, light filled floating oasis has just opened its doors moored on the river Thames, on the Embankment taking the space of an original Victorian Pier and long awaited home to Woods Silver Fleet. The spaces lends itself to any type of event, a meeting, dinner or networking event. It’s an incredible, flexible, black canvas with a wraparound outside deck!

The Depository – a truly unique event space 25mins from Liverpool St station

18a Manor Road, Stoke Newington N16 5SA

The Depository is a 6,500 sq/ft industrial warehouse based in Stoke Newington and the birthplace of the original “Dragons Den”. The location is set over four floors with a variety of textured walls and different floors as well as large windows offering great natural daylight.

The ground floor originally housed horse stables and is dark and atmospheric with a spiral staircase and original lift shaft. The first floor has a mezzanine floor and dilapidated, peeling walls while the second and third levels have more of a loft feel with original polished oak floorboards and a mixture of glazed and texture brick walls.

The warehouse provides the perfect setting for photo shoots, filming, launches or corporate away-days and there is also the chance to combine it with use of The House Next Door (on enquiry) which is funnily enough situated next door! The location is always decorated with an array of ever-changing, unique props and they also have colorama stands available at your convenience. The industrial lift is in full working order and there is also the facility to black out the whole location.

This venue is one of a portfolio of five uniquely different warehouse spaces which are all great alternatives for those looking for that something a little different!

The wait begins for the latest addition to the Four Seasons family, Ten Trinity Square. Taking residence in the stunning Grade II listed building on the lower ground to 3rd floor it will have 100 guest rooms and suites, restaurants, bars, meeting salons and spa.

Relaunch of Savile Row’s Sartoria!

Finally the moment we have all been waiting for, the re-launch of Savile Row’s finest restaurant Sartoria.

Opening today we can all be ready to experience the fine cuisine of Chef Patron Francesco Mazzei in the stunning surroundings of the clean yet romantic decor designed by David d’ Almada.


This newly renovated restaurant comes complete with the Libare Bar dubbed to be one of Mayfair’s hottest cocktail bars for 2016- how can we pass this up? The Libare Bar is a combination of Italian style and Savile Row chic, inspired by Mayfair’s tradition of library bars. The bar team have created a menu of classic and contemporary cocktails to be enjoyed at any time of the day.

Sartoria in Mayfair boasts two spacious private dining rooms. Connected to the restaurant by large oak-panelled sliding doors, they can be left open to enjoy the theatre of the restaurant or closed for privacy. Each room can cater up to 25 for a seated dinner or 35 standing drinks reception. For any larger parties the rooms can be joined together to allow for 50 seated and 70 standing.

Any groups looking for a more intimate setting, the newly installed wine cellar can accommodate 8 people for a wonderful bespoke experience, this certainly adds something different to private dining!

Kings Cross – New development brings in the big names!

King's-CrossVinoteca – opening in February 2015 at One Pancras Square
The popular wine bar and eatery will open a 90-cover restaurant at the gateway to King’s Cross. Vinoteca is inspired by the wine bars of Spain and Italy. The restaurant focuses on high quality, characterful wines and simple, yet imaginative food.

D&D London – German Gymnasium – due to open late 2015.
Sitting in a prime spot between King’s Cross and St Pancras Stations, the German Gymnasium is a beautiful Grade II listed building. The ground floor will house a 150-cover brasserie and bar with outdoor terraces seating up to 70. The mezzanine will house a smaller restaurant and elegant dining room overlooking the brasserie below.


Jamie Oliver Group – opens Spring 2015
Plans are to lease space in the Fish & Coal Buildings and Wharf Road arches. The western end of the Fish & Coal Building will be a pub with a roof conservatory and outdoor roof terrace overlooking Regent’s Canal. The upper floors will become the “creative centre” for the Group, with offices and test kitchens, while the lower level arches will form part of a new restaurant.

Waitrose is opening an £18 million food and wine shop and cookery school at King’s Cross
The 29,000 sq ft food and wine shop and 3,000 sq ft cookery school will open late 2015. The store is being developed in the Grade II-listed Midland Goods Shed.

The 3-level Pavilion sits on the banks of Regent’s Canal. The outside terraces taking full advantage of the panoramic views over the canal and Granary Square with its famous fountains.

Caprice Holdings is expanding with the opening of The Ivy Market Grill in Covent Garden before Christmas. On the menu, expect to find versions of some of the more famous Ivy dishes.

Inside, the two floored venue will feature a grill restaurant, bar, café and a dining terrace with room for 40. Open all day it’ll serve up everything from weekend brunch to afternoon tea.

A large function space where all finishes and decoration exude elegance while vintage Baccarat crystal chandeliers light up the room. Six other, newly refurbished meeting rooms are located on the Entresol and Mezzanine Levels, all with top-of-the-line audio-visual technology. The breakfast lounge is also located on this floor, in the opposite wing with spaces that flow and wrap around the corner of the building.
