 This week we are in the heart of London with breath taking views over the city. This Restaurant is the perfect pairing of Mexican and Japanese cuisine and has multiple settings for use as event space. The 14,000 square feet comprise of a main dining area, weather-proof rooftop terrace, sushi bar, Mezzanine, private dining room and a lounge and can accommodate anything from a group of 22 guests up to 470 guests, making this venue the perfect option for corporate breakfasts, private dinners, cocktail receptions and larger festive celebrations.

A big thank you to Thibault Le Guezec for hosting the team at the Shangri-La The Shard last week. The hotel starts on the 34th level and spans 18 floors of The Shard. The team explored the whole property starting with the event spaces that can accommodate up to 250 guests, a few of their 202 luxurious rooms and suites, then onto the sky pool and finally concluded the tour at the Gong bar where they were treated to delicious cocktails and incredible fresh sushi. They first visited The Emory, where they explored the renowned ABC Kitchens, the rooftop bar with views of London, and the cigar merchant’s rooftop destination. Next, they toured The Berkeley Hotel, experiencing Cedric Grolet’s patisserie, The Blue Bar, and event spaces for up to 250 guests. They also viewed luxury rooms, the rooftop bar with a pool, and the exclusive “The Snug.” The visit concluded with a private dining experience at ABC Kitchen’s “The Market Table.”

A big Thank you to our wonderful host, Harrison Sutherland-Brook , for welcoming the team to the London Hilton on Park lane last week! The team had an amazing time exploring the events spaces which included the casually luxurious Revery Bar, The Grand Ballroom and it’s Foyer (which can host up to 1250 guests for a standing reception), The Crystal palace Suite, The Harvest Suite, The Wellington Ballroom and some of the smaller meeting rooms (of which there are 16). The team were then treated to a bespoke cocktail-making experience in a suite, followed by dinner in the hotel’s Modern- British Restaurant, Park Corner Brasserie which overlooks Hyde Park. After a delectable dinner the team then got to spend the night in one of the 453 beautifully elegant, newly refurbished bedrooms and woke up to a delicious breakfast before departing.
