We develop bespoke group accommodation solutions for every event and understand that the way in which we book accommodation has changed

Our solutions involve as much or as little technology as required and we leverage our conference & event spend to achieve the best rates possible with the most flexible contractual terms.

With large events where there are many delegates inbound from multiple locations with various budgets, along with the traditional room allocations, we’ve engaged with technology to provide unlimited access to “best available rates” on-line specifically built around when and where the event is taking place.

Our clients can now benefit from capturing the full MI / data on all delegates wherever they choose to stay. Not only does this enhance the delegate experience and increase attendance but it is a beneficial aspect when it comes to duty of care for corporates and their employees.

Event accommodation is no longer a static process of booking via a pre-selected bedroom allocation. With technology driving change in this area we’ve found a major shift change engaging with tech to achieve cost savings and mitigate commitment and risk.

On a daily basis we hear “why can I book it cheaper on-line versus the negotiated rate” and this is a hugely relevant question when it comes to “group accommodation”. The answer is that hotels have only a handful of rooms that are available on a “special on-line rate” so this is limited to the leisure or individual business traveller. It offers seven deceptively simple games played in groups of a minimum of four, designed to test physical and mental agility. This venue has a bar and restaurant and fully exclusive VIP Rooms, large private hire spaces and is available for full venue takeovers. A big thank you to Thibault Le Guezec for hosting the team at the Shangri-La The Shard last week. The hotel starts on the 34th level and spans 18 floors of The Shard. The team explored the whole property starting with the event spaces that can accommodate up to 250 guests, a few of their 202 luxurious rooms and suites, then onto the sky pool and finally concluded the tour at the Gong bar where they were treated to delicious cocktails and incredible fresh sushi. A big Thank you to our wonderful host, Harrison Sutherland-Brook , for welcoming the team to the London Hilton on Park lane last week! The team had an amazing time exploring the events spaces which included the casually luxurious Revery Bar, The Grand Ballroom and it’s Foyer (which can host up to 1250 guests for a standing reception), The Crystal palace Suite, The Harvest Suite, The Wellington Ballroom and some of the smaller meeting rooms (of which there are 16). The team were then treated to a bespoke cocktail-making experience in a suite, followed by dinner in the hotel’s Modern- British Restaurant, Park Corner Brasserie which overlooks Hyde Park. After a delectable dinner the team then got to spend the night in one of the 453 beautifully elegant, newly refurbished bedrooms and woke up to a delicious breakfast before departing.
